That would liven up corporate meetings all right. We need more people like that in the hiring pool.

Funny my stomach seems to think it's dinner time, but I'm not really hungry. Odd. I'm crocheting amiguri.

Evo likes your flip-flops. I caught her eating one. No! Not luna's flip-flops! They're such a pretty blue, and so comfortable when I'm not lugging a suitcase.

I'm glad they worked for you. I use my feet too much and they kept blowing out on me (I'm very hard on shoes). It's ok, I bought more.... I like blue too. Go get the dog a bone. How big is she? Rib bones are super good for smaller dogs.

The dog trainer keeps saying he will bring one. She likes plastic cords, though.

She does not want to eat dog stuff. She is too sophisticated. She doesn't play, either. She does not obey. She will obey three times and then quit. She likes to bark at people on bicycles so they fall over. I am a WMD when I walk her. She does not understand, "No." When you try to restrain her, she squeals like I am molesting her. She is my master. Her purpose is to bring ticks into the house and make me deaf. On the bright side, she is an excuse for me to get some exercise.

She is just as mean to others. The lady who just had a stroke tried to walk her once and saw what a wild ride it was.

Sounds like Micco.... I hope she weighs less. Micco understands perfectly good English.... he just chooses to ignore me a lot. (He's a bit like a cat actually)

That's what the lady said at the pet shop today. It is finally making sense. I thought I was doing something wrong. Evo weighs 45 lbs., and if we let her, she'd gladly weigh 3000 lbs.

While I was at the pet shop (conjuring images of orange things jumping at weird places in a song), I saw a bumper sticker that read, "It's all fun and games until somebody winds up in a cone."

Inscrutable, grasshopper............... great crack about the cone, took me a while to get it. Our dogs tear cones off... people who invented those know nothing about German shepherds.

get a choke chain? Sometimes they work, sometimes they make it worse.

When the power was out, the dog came in and started licking my twisted foot bones. Could she sense pain? How dear.

Well, if what the pet shop lady says about her doing what she wants regardless is true, then I shall see what I can do to help her want to be good. She's so soft and beautiful otherwise. She barks so hard sometimes, it smells like the poo is coming out the wrong end. The boss' friend Oscar calls her a "$#!+-eating dog." Hers is gonna make it, though. Hers is gonna be good. Righto?

I do have a pretty good recipe for doggie greenies. or the boss could buy her some at the store. Kinda expensive, but they certainly clean up bad doggie breath!!! Hmmm I should type that up for Norda, she'd like that.

It will take some digging: note to self.... I found a couple of greenie recipes on line, and combined, substituted....

They ARE commercially available, check petco or pets r us locally .... tell the boss the dog will really love these treats....

Hey don't suppose you'd put in a prayer request for Scott in St. Jude's would you? Long story, friend and classmate. He's only a year older than me.... congestive heart attack, respiratory infection. BUT one of those people who didn't take care of himself............ drinking, over eating........... lots of weed and other fun "things"............ One of those who partied when little luna here was home doing her homework and getting good grades. Not a dumb guy, he was in the same math classes I took.

Not much to say. Anyone reading can throw him a prayer too. Not sure it will help as he'll go back to his evil ways as soon as he gets out, if he gets out.

You should be getting a private email about this.

Everybody I know who prays follows the Master's council to leave judgment to Him - except for me. Judging others, verbal abuse, keep the list rolling. This is helpful.

I'm along the lines of letting the Higher Power do what he/she will on this. Why prolong the inevitable. Scott DID stop the "drowning in wine" thing he was doing 10 years ago, but just took up other bad habits. He worked around toxic auto parts and such when he was younger, too. Does bad stuff to your heart. I don't know why I've had so many dude friends over the years who just don't know how to take it easy and enjoy life without all the "stuff that's bad for you"..........

Back on the food topic............ I've been out picking blackberries for two days now, freezing them...... lo and behold my local newsgrapher sends around a cyber flyer about Drosyphila suzukii, allegedly an invasive fly that really digs berry types of fruit. Yep they love blackberries too. Now I'm worried I'll be like the guy in the earwig episode on the Twilight Zone, with Drosyphila hatching out my orifices. I'm hoping they'll just go down like a little bit of extra protein. eh what do I care, my Ex is only going to make wine with it. I didn't SEE any Drosyphila today whilst picking.

My friend Scott is pulling out of it. If someone's been praying out there, it worked. Many of my classmates are working on him too. Thank you. St. Jude's makes me shudder, they had me twice there when I was small. Blaugh.
