Greetings all!
WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS STAYS IN VEGAS…but not this time! Our lucky winner, Amber, pictured, was randomly selected for THE EXPERIENCE of a LIFETIME!
Thousands of you entered and the lucky winner received 2 tickets to the Moody Blues 18 NOV Las Vegas show, one night’s stay at The Venetian, and most importantly: TIME WITH HER FAVORITE BAND AND INSPIRATION: THE MOODY BLUES!
Around 8 PM on the night of the 18th, Amber, escorted by her mom and family friend, waited patiently outside of the band’s dressing room. And before you knew it, our favorite drummer appeared from around the corner! Graeme was delighted to meet Amber and sign her brand new guitar…she’s wants to learn to play like Justin…
Before we knew it, Mr. Lodge came out to talk with Amber and then Justin. Of course both signing her great new guitar! The Band spent a few minutes with Amber and her mother, and then we had some photo ops with Amber and the boys.
The band made their way back to warm ups and dressing rooms to get ready for the first of what turned out being TWO AMAZING nights in Vegas!
Afterwards Amber was beyond excited about her encounter with her musical heroes! The band really enjoyed meeting her and spending time getting to know another one of their amazing and dedicated fans!
This was a great meet and greet. I could not believe how intimate of an experience the band made it, and how at ease they instantly made Amber feel. The band is so gracious and kind and thankful for their fans. We are all really excited about all of the GREAT experiences that we have on the threshold. We here at the Official Moody Blues Community are all about making the experience of being a Moody Blues fan the fullest one we can, and we are ready to start sharing more and more of these type of opportunities with you in the future! We have TONS of things for you to be a part of, and all of them will be fun for not only you, but us and the band as well!
THANK YOU ALL for your continued support and interest in what we are doing. The 2005 Vegas Meet and Greet Contest was FANTASTIC and just a sample of what we will bring you in 2006 and beyond!!!
