Moody Blues Drummer / Poet Graeme Edge to Release A Limited Edition Book of Poems and Back-Stories Titled 'The Written Works of Graeme Edge' - Available on the Upcoming 'The Voyage Continues - Highway 45 Tour' Rock Icons The Moody Blues Celebrate 45 Years Since Landmark Album 'Days of Future Passed' With 2012 Spring U.S. Tour Launching On March 11 Los Angeles, CA –THE MOODY BLUES will launch their 32-city 2012 U.S. tour titled “The Moody Blues: The Voyage Continues – Highway 45”, celebrating the 45th Anniversary of their landmark album DAYS OF FUTURE PASSED. In conjunction with the tour, drummer Graeme Edge, poetic lyricist for the band since the release of “Days of Future Passed,” will release a book of poetry titled “The Written Works of Graeme Edge.” The book will include poems written by Edge, including his legendary lyrics from the band’s many albums, preceded by recollections and never-told-before stories of their recordings. The book will cover Edge’s “Morning Glory – Late Lament” from the “Days” album recorded in 1967, to “22,000 Days” from the "Long Distance Voyager” album recorded in 1981 to “Nothing Changes” from “Strange Times”, the band’s last studio release in 1999, and more, and will be available exclusively on the tour The tour kicks off next March 11, 2012 at Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida, and continues through April 21, 2012, ending in Niagara Falls, New York. The band will head to South Africa immediately following the U.S. tour for two dates in Capetown and Johannesburg. The Moody Blues, whose legacy spans four decades of hit-making and sell-out tours, will continue to entertain audiences with their timeless music.
