A new Interview in Portland ME.... good glad he did this because ticket sales are slumping there. Wish I was going.

Oh, thank you. I didn't know Justin had a studio in Oop North. Maybe that's why I liked Heaton so much.

Yay. I'm hobbling on a cell phone with my stubby fingers. There remains no info on when the MMT will end. The boss is aware I wanted this and next weekend off. But here I sit in a motel room with three stupid books and violence blaring on the TV. I need help with my negotiating skills.

Tonight it begins . . . The using of tickets as scrap paper, again.

Back on topic, it's always nice to hear from Justin. He's a respite in this crazy world.

Thanks for sharing. I'm in a New York state of mind, but I can't jockey this phone well enough to trust myself to switch pages.

Best wishes for Justin tonight, and I'll pray for some power of persuasion.

Perhaps you need to reassess your cash flow and weigh it against your quality of life. There are always options.

Maybe you should be talking to the Boss's son and not the Boss. At some point it's not going to get through to the Boss. Been there done that.

I really enjoyed this interview. It went beyond the surface.

http://www.oshkoshindependent......gust-29th/

I was trying to catch up today on missed interviews. I just read/listened to the ones referenced on Justin's Facebook page. My brain has been so scattered. To illustrate, when my time to go had arrived and I made the sprint to the red-eye flight, I forgot to take one of my shoes off in security - as it was about 10 minutes before my flight's boarding time, and I didn't know where the gate was or how long I would be detained. Realizing this, with my filthy, disease-ridden bin en route to the scanner, I threw my other shoe, and, amazingly, it landed nicely where it ought to have been. This warranted a compliment from a TSA officer. I didn't know they had a sense of humor.

Oh, that was a wonderful tour, wasn't it? I didn't get to the shows I thought I would, but I got to some others. I had to push out of my comfort zone, as getting old takes its toll on the eyesight and endurance. But people came out of the woodwork to encourage me, traffic jams stayed out of the way and all, and I never fell asleep at the wheel or had any car malfunctions - and I didn't miss a beat with the deadlines, as impossible as that was lacking my PC. The most outrageous memory will probably be taking a vacation from the MMT. It was almost as supernatural as the 'Strange Times' tour of long ago.

I was reading Thomas Jefferson tonight, and - even though Justin is in a class by himself - I was thinking Jefferson, Newton, and maybe few others were cut from the same mold as Justin. When they speak (or write), they speak truth. It may be silly or it may be scientific or philosophical, but it sits well with the soul.

I may post a review as soon as I catch up with the bookkeeping, open audit, personal income taxes, and icky stuff like that.

Who else could make wallpaper and roads such an intriguing topic of conversation? I had to Google William Morris, and I've been wondering what is so intriguing about him. As Justin never feels the need to meet people who write music, I enjoy interior decorating, but I must admit, it never occurred to me to learn more about a particular wallpaper designer.

The roads were even more intriguing. Having visited Genoa and finding the people to be more like family than my immediate relatives, I, too, was shocked at the news. I also thought about Alberto because I'm an obsessive Moodies fan. Anyway, Justin's comment about the black Mercedes flashed me back to a time long ago on one of my first trips to Europe. I was on one of the corniches, following behind a black Mercedes. The dude driving the car had Justin hair. Could it be? After all, nobody in America has Justin hair, but I've seen it on other guys in Europe - like the dude who was rushing through the turnstile at Charles de Gaulle on my very first trip to Europe. The car had a tacky chain around the license plate, so that was enough to make me think it wasn't Justin. The road was narrow and winding, and there was no way to pass or fall back, so I just mused. Then, the dude pulled off at the casino. I was too poor and snooty to go there, so I carried on.

Since that post, I've been flashing back to other scenes and funny memories I've long forgotten from the area.

Maybe I'll post a tour review sometime, but my mind is too jumbled. This is really a test to see if people can still post on this board. More later ...

Again, I hope Justin's not writing because he is living a rich and blessed life with family and friends and not flat on his back in pain somewhere in a hospital. If anybody sees Justin, please tell him I say, "MSU."

I'm feeling I'll have grown a long beard before next we hear ...

What's this?

https://speakerpedia.com/speakers/justin-hayward

I don't think I could afford his honorarium, and I don't think he'd answer my call if I said he can come here and talk to me all day, every day.

So, would somebody in my area be so kind as to hire him out and be sure to invite me?

Thanks.

I have no news, but I was hoping maybe Mr. Justin was feeling well enough to share something.

The Johnnie Walker interview was delightful enough to listen to it again, but, on another note, this showed up in my spam:

It lives!

Could somebody out there please interview Justin? I'm in a blue funk, and could really enjoy his wisdom. Thank you.

I'm killing time, as the boss kindly said I can take his car to church today (because mine broke down over the holidays and I was planning on walking). Anyway, I noticed Justin's Twitter account was suspended. I wonder if he knows or even knows what whomever posted to get it suspended. Ask me if I care. I think his account was hacked, and even when it tried to be legitimate, it wasn't his voice.

Particularly odd was that post completely agreeing with a quote, presumably from Elvis, about totally thinking about the notes when singing. That was like anti-Justin. The real Justin has zen. It's like he was born with mastery over the technical aspects of music and so could focus on amplifying the spirit. He did not communicate notes so much as love.

Why am I speaking in the past tense? Because he still has no tour announcements. That is sad. I wish I knew how he was doing, but how does one find out? Since he had a health issue so bad he had to postpone shows, he still hasn't shared with the fans what was wrong. I always thought he (not some content writer posting digitally or reruns of old performances - and more than CDs/vinly/downloads) would be a part of life until death did I part.

If anybody out there reading this gets in touch with Mr. Justin, please tell him I miss him and look forward to a tour if it rests well with him.
