Welcome to the Community forum. This forum isn't used very much as there are other fan sites out there where people find out information. (Traveling Eternity Road is one of the most commonly-referred ones.) I don't post often but I wanted to say hello to let you know there are a few of us who are interested in discussing the band or playing friendly games in the Game Room.

As for the avatar, I can offer a short explanation. A few years ago this website underwent a major renovation and the Community forum was replaced with what you see now. On the previous forum, users could create avatars and update them as desired. As you may have noted, the board is not monitored and there are not any instructions that describe how to add an avatar, which is why most people have the orange "member" avatar. Perhaps you are a member of another forum and your avatar was copied from there?

When the board was created I did some investigating and discovered how to do this. Moodyballetdancer, my sincere apologies. Since writing those steps, I never returned to the page so I never saw your comments about one of the URLs being incorrect. Just now I reviewed the steps and updated the bad URL and posted the 2016 version here: http://www.moodybluestoday.com.....ar/#p13481. Would you mind trying it and letting know if the instructions work for you? The nutshell to the avatar issue is that the avatar is not controlled on this board but is controlled on the WordPress and Gravatar websites.

Uh, no one had to "protect" Justin from me (never has, and never will.) If you're referring to San Antonio (as it's the only place I went to on the tour), Bonnie and I actually had a nice conversation with Udo between shows. And who ever said I was trying to get the Moodies to hire me for anything? I was very blessed -- and honored -- for many years to have them use my photos at their request (Justin in particular), so they obviously have no problem with me.

And I don't owe you any explanation regarding whatever idle gossip you've heard from Leslee, or maybe from your friend Martha who was there ("LadyBlue," whom you seem to have planted on this board a while back just for the purpose of attacking Bonnie and me. Certainly she knew exactly what she was doing when she tried to report me for quoting YOUR filth -- as IF she were confused.)

As to "bikerbabe," she's none other than Marijane Barna, so if anyone was trying to be rude here and get away with it by hiding behind a screen name, it was her. She disappeared (or at least stopped posting) the second she realized that Bonnie figured out who she was -- the Moodies' self-proclaimed #1 fan, because, as Justin has joked, some people have done more gigs than the band and she's one of them. Nothing wrong with that, of course, unless you think it makes you better than everyone else. Parading as a "newbie" on this board just to try to stir the pot got her nowhere fast.

Wasn't the way I heard it, Janet. At the end, you were reported as trying to get some kind of folder to Justin. As the stage was extremely low, you were perceived as being right up in Justin's face. Security and Udo were reported to have gotten up and gotten between you two.

I just report it like I hear it. Possibly my contact didn't get the whole story right, but we only can report what we hear. And you two have plenty of bad information out on you, evidence of your questionable behavior..

Talking to the staff is nothing.... I've talked with several of them myself over the years, yes they are all nice and understand customer service (we are the customers, Udo and KC are very nice people) but don't flatter yourself. They are keeping an eye on us if they chat with us.... and probably trying to figure out what makes you tick. Chuckle, after I put things together, Paul Allan actually rescued me from over-anxious security in Seattle a few years ago. BFD. (He was very nice, I'm grateful to him because I could get closer to the stage at the end)

I blame no one. I figure if Justin doesn't like it, maybe he should stop touring.... Udo and security just do their jobs. But you guys are watched all over the fan base (hope you feel special) and as well, many many many fans and staff read HERE. Don't fool yourselves that you are in some out-of-the-way obscure site. This is read avidly by many. Which you would get if you didn't just talk to your small little clique.

It's not about me (or you for that matter) but yes I'm "pre-nursing" over at my local college, and thinking of going limited duty nursing (psychiatric nursing) but I'm old just like others, and college takes up a lot of time. You ever take anatomy and physiology? Very enlightening.

Ever play that game "Gossip" as a kid? You sit in a circle and the first person whispers something in the ear of the person next to them. It goes on like that until it gets back around to the first person, and then you find out how distorted the original "gossip" got the further it got from the source.

It's too bad that Christie's reports are COMPLETELY inaccurate even coming from people who were there, much less going through a circle of ten. But then, we've seen her misreport (time and time again) things that she's seen with her own eyes (probably through a purple haze.) So either she's twisting what her "spies" are saying, or they're on crack (or something) just like she is. The only people who know the truth regarding the current topic are the people actually involved and our close friends who were with us that night. I don't buy that "many many many fans and staff" read all of the drivel here. Most people have better things to do (you won't see me posting again here in two hours) and how would anyone know that, anyway? Even though the board displays the number of views, it doesn't mean people are actually reading everything. We've even had so-called "friends" respond to us with nasty posts after admitting they haven't even read what we have to say! So why would a bunch of strangers give a rat's ass? (Also, people with too much time on their hands can hit threads over and over without reading the posts, just to give the appearance of interest in the topics.)

Anyone who *is* reading can tell who the (self-confessed) "wackadoodles" are, and it ain't you and me . . . it's those with delusions of grandeur who THINK people hang on their every (yawn) word . . . here, there, and everywhere. By the way, aren't you glad I got that folder to Justin? 🙂

She's no "doctor." At the most she MIGHT have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, but you have to have more education to do anything with it. She claimed once that she was licensed to practice (something), but she didn't renew her license because she didn't want to spend the fifty bucks or some other small amount. Seriously?

Good for her going to nursing school or whatever, but personally "I'm frightened for your children" . . .

I'm still wondering where she gets the idea that the band has the time to read all of this crap, or that this message board is "moderated." Is that why there are names of four moderators here who NEVER posted, and haven't even worked for the Moodies in years? I'm assuming that OneLive took over this site, and this board is the litter box of the "house" that is MBT. I agree, Bonnie, if I knew how to "hack," I'd be hacking her board and not this one! I'm betting MBT was just updating the site. The whole thing was down, not just the board.

If I'm such an "idiot," maybe the "shrink" can tell me how I managed to graduate 7th in my high school class of over 600 students. (She'll say I'm bragging, but I'm just making a point, as I have NEVER put that info online before.) I know . . . she'll claim I cheated on tests and paid people to write all of my papers! AS IF!!! We all lose a few brain cells as we get older and IQ may go down a bit, but at least I can say I am NOT brain fried from drugs, alcohol, or anything else.

In case CS hasn't noticed, Leslee announced (once again) that she was leaving here. Again, feeling guilty for her public association with someone who brings her down. I haven't bothered to check and see whether she kept her word this time or not.
