Jokes and laughter? Um, the last funny thing was last night after I gave the dog a bath, she dried off, but she wouldn't let me put her collar back on. So, I put it around my neck. Then, I decided I would sneak up on the boss jingling her collar. It didn't jingle, so I tried prancing like her. That worked. My boss, who is usually too tired to say anything, said of the dog, "She's going to tell everyone, 'I live in a mad house.'"

one bag of taco shredded lettuce (a dollar at Fred Meyer) on plate, top with tofu, salsa, shredded cheese, cottage cheese and any other cheese you can find in the crisper. top with olive oil, rice vinegar, and Mrs. Dash. and just a tiny bit of California French. Consume. May be varied with any vegetable you can turn up in the refer, or shredded lunchmeat. Boogie as you eat it, aids digestion.
When my son was very small, I used to chide him about keeping the doors locked so "the Boogie man doesn't come in and boogie on us"........... I still think that's one of my better lines. My grandbaby boogies quite well, now that I think of it. Little guy's gonna be another Gene Kelly.

If you search for a Google Flight to Detroit, the promo blurb for the city reads, "Ruins, Casinos, Museums, Concerts, Music, Art Galleries, Architecture." Why it sounds like Egypt or something.

It's been awhile, but the last two times I took a bus to Detroit, if the first house on a street wasn't boarded up, the second was. There was much rubble. One could look through the factory windows and out the other side of buildings. Above the rubble rose the teacher's union building, which would have been a riot if it weren't so sad. When my sister and I went to a Moodies show, I was very impressed by all the graffiti. Those vandals have a lot of talent. It was then I said one could get rich opening a paint store downtown, and everybody jumped on me and said the graffitists don't buy their paint.

LOL that was funny!!!!! I've seen some graffiti that is truly beautiful art. So much talent is sometimes running wild and free through the streets and alleys of wrecked cities.
