What did you think of the Fox in Tuscon? I sort of saw Justin and forgot anything about what the usher had said about the amazing acoustics until a couple weeks later. What nuances did you notice? You can be technical. Not everybody here is as slow as me.

This is what's on YouTube, now.

The song isn't all that, but the visuals are interesting - a beautiful and ugly lute and, well, you'll see if you have the time to watch.

Talking to myself, this morning, as I drifted off to sleep, I had this noise in my head that sounded like I had a steel shaft running ear to ear (lack of brain implicit), and somebody dropped a rod through. This is not the first time this has happened. Does anybody know what that is aboot?

Here's another visual. It's Steve Perry! Okay. I'm going back to my monk friends.

Liked the first lute piece. Better than the one with Alexander the Farmer.

Didn't notice the Fox acoustics and wish I had taken more time to do photos of the theatre now. I was just happy they did such a nice show, and they seemed much happier than the night before, for sure.

Steve Perry looks a bit punkish, but I'm sure he's a nice guy

White snake-- nice party music, nothing I'd go out of my way for.

I'd make a very good monk (make that a nun), because I like gardening, making wine and beer, cooking and doing laundry, sewing etc. Research, reading, singing ... sounds like a very nice lifestyle frankly. But I do live in hopes of finding a nice dude someday.... so not into giving that sort of thing up! ;)

I admire you so, so much. You should meet my sister. You two could choreograph a multimedia dance, play a thousand instruments, recite Shakespeare, make costumes, write books, cook up amazing food, recite volumes of technical manuals, publish six or seven articles in Physica D, speak in 56 languages, - and then call it a night. The most I can hope to do is audition to be a vegetable somewhere. It beats being the bride of a schzo stalker, but I fear I could probably go to the courthouse and find he's already taken care of the paperwork.

Poor Bonnie. Won't anyone play with you?

I do have a nice idea. Let's belly up to the barre and do some plies. And maybe a por-d-bra or two.... you need to lighten up. Frapes will come later...

Indeed! heheheeh Orlando could 'a took him!

I just realized that "fine art" with Gymnastics is Hironymous Bosch and I'm sure I spelled the name wrong. One I've never seen, but he's unmistakable.. that art will give you the willies!!! (I recommend it)

Everyone carried on over Greg Lake on the 2013 cruise.... I really couldn't see it. Some of the music is lovely of course. Nice to see you surface, MBT, and hope your holidays are happy!

always glad to see the backside of the holidays in these recent years...never ready for them and the meaning seems to all but have vanished ... but the music is still always the best part of them...
discovered this some time ago...some may be 'wierded out" with it...but I have used it on a couple occasions on very low to get to sleep...

Really lovely thank you. It reminds me of "Lux Aeterna" on the *2001: A space Odyssey* soundtrack. I was able to sidestep a lot of the "bummer" stuff around the holidays this year, thankfully. I'm having trouble adjusting to work again (after two weeks off), only worked two days last week, came down with a head cold. Just wandering the house right now trying to get it together, house is a wreck.

I've been having trouble getting out of bed!!!! sleeping 10 hours rather than my usual 7 hours, that sort of thing.

I've always found a nice bath and a glass of milk helps me get to sleep. And a good book.

an old favorite of my mothers--I try to listen to this ever end of day--it's a lovely meditational composition...can't help but think of her and how she loved beautiful music....so for a few fleeting moments, "come dream with me" outside the rest of the day - hope all is well with all...

sent this one to my niece this morning--the oldest one--she's getting married finally to her German sweetie (she wanted to come home from GE next month and get married in her Grandmother's church-mom- because Mother always took her there and she was very fond of her Granny--so I told her Grandmother would've probably wanted her to have this anyway--but as it is she will be having a civil ceremony there and when she is able she will come home...wish I could find a way to help her get here NOW Cool
